How print credits work
How does credit rollover work?
Unused credit can roll over for the plan’s stated period: 30 days for Starter, 60 days for Growth, and 90 days for Pro. Credit expires after the applicable rollover period; it does not accumulate indefinitely. We’ll confirm your credit balance and expiration dates directly.
Can I cancel a membership?
Contact us to request cancellation. We’ll confirm the effective date and any remaining credit under the membership terms before your next renewal. No online cancellation or automated billing is offered on this page.
Which products are eligible?
Credits and member discounts apply to eligible printing products. We’ll confirm whether your selected product, stock, finish, and production options qualify before you place an order. Design services, shipping, and taxes are not included unless confirmed in writing.
How are discounts and credits applied?
Your member discount is applied to the eligible product subtotal first. Printing credits then apply to the discounted amount. Shipping and taxes are excluded from both discounts and credits.
